duck breast to their guests in just 12 minutes, with minimal effort.
The result is based on the careful pre-pickling based on a nearly 200-year-old French recipe, the added self-made spice oil, pre-forming and crusting, which is only crowned by a final short heat treatment, either in an oven or in hot duck fat.

Suggested use:

Remove the freshly opened duck breast from the vacuum bag, bake at 250°C for 12 minutes, then serve after resting for a few minutes
