We raise the animals under our own care from the moment they are hatched.

We pay special attention to the quality of both the feed and the housing conditions, thus ensuring the homogenous development of the herd and the exclusion of all possible risk factors.

Our stock of day-old ducks is of excellent French bloodline, which comes from hatcheries in Hungary, so the delivery time is minimal. We work exclusively from the freshest, bred bloodlines on the market.

Education takes place continuously in 12 spacious breeding tents, where the student animal herds can develop separately and in calm conditions.

The well-being of the ducks greatly contributes to the extent and quality of their development, so we provide each group with a forested, natural run. This area greatly contributes to the fact that our birds can develop more calmly, feeling the proximity of nature.

We provide the children with the highest quality, controlled ingredients found in Hungary, so the presence of any hidden ingredients can be completely ruled out.

During the training, the constant camera and computer monitoring helps us to observe and compare the animals, and possibly intervene in the development of the herd.

Our company exclusively deals with the production of fattened duck products.

Based on a traditional French recipe, we fatten our ducks with corn of different textures.

We do not use pre-mixed feeds or other additives.

We strive to avoid pharmaceutical treatments, so that our customers can only buy residue-free products from us.

The ducks fattened to the right size are sent to the slaughter line after a short transport from our site.

In the name of gentleness, after manual final cleaning, the bodies are cut into the desired shape and form on the slaughterhouse, and then the meat is delivered to our kitchen plant, where our chefs prepare our sous-vide products.
